1. When do sessions take place?
We use a very flexible system at Sean Armstrong Fitness, where clients book themselves in via a smartphone app. You do not need to attend the same sessions each week and you can vary them based on your schedule.
Sessions run at: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm on Monday – Friday and we have 08:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am sessions on Saturday.
2. Do I have to be fit?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
3. What if I have aches, pains or injuries?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles and back pain. We have years of experience working with clients with a wide range of injuries in rehabilitation within the fitness industry.
4. What if I need to miss days during the 30-day experience?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
5. What happens after my 30-day experience?
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest the right membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that Sean Armstrong Fitness isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
6. What if I register then change my mind?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
